A base for all the knowledge you need
Knowledge Base (KB) is publicly available to make information easy to find for all Blackbaud Customers. This way, our customers don’t have to log in to blackbaud.com(uk) to search knowledge base. Our articles display on Google on other search engines. This means that you may find articles on products you dont have. But not to worry as it is easy to include filters on Knowledge Base to automatically exclude products you don’t have.
